Bio

Beth Wright is an internationally accredited functional medicine health coach, trainer and the founder of B Fit the Wright Way.

Beth, based in Hong Kong, holds qualifications in functional medicine, sports nutrition and strength training and works primarily 1:1 coaching women around the world to achieve health and body transformations with a focus on improving physical and mental performance.

Her approach takes a hands-on approach and involves getting to know her clients inside out so that she can help them to understand their bodies, their hormones, create nutrition plans that work for them (and their lifestyles). manage stress, and reach new levels of wellbeing. She believes that the coach/client relationship and truly understanding the individual is key to achieving successful health outcomes.

Beth is also a practicing corporate lawyer where she discovered passion and purpose supporting clients that lead stressful, demanding lives.

With over 25 yearsโ€™ experience in fitness and nutrition, Beth brings a holistic approach to wellness that is grounded in science and personalised to the individual. She is also passionate about empowering women to take ownership of their health and has created several online programs to educate and support women from transitioning through menopause to learning how to harness the power of their own hormones to optimise health and performance.

A recipient of multiple health and wellness awards, Beth is recognised as one of the most accomplished health and wellness experts in Hong Kong. She is on a mission to empower people all over the world with deep body-knowledge, so that they can transform their health, and their lives. Aside from designing and delivering health coaching and courses, Beth is a writer and speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship, health, women and wellness.
